I founded Servant's Edge to expand my healthcare impact through coaching.

My leadership career has spanned 40 years, 7 states, for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, startups, physician practices, and large academic medical centers. I have been the CEO of several organizations and have served on several hospital boards, medical school boards, college foundation boards, and many not-for-profit service boards as a leader in the community.
​
My leadership purpose has been to pour into others, allowing them to achieve their highest potential while meeting corporate goals. My greatest joy as a leader is to facilitate and celebrate the success of others.

Everything in my career has led me to executive coaching. I began my journey to coaching a few years ago and completed more than 125 hours of coaching education through the Healthcare Coaching Institute, accumulated hundreds of hours of coaching experience, and earned my credential as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
As an ICF credentialed coach, I adhere to globally recognized standards of ethics and excellence. Whether you’re navigating a transition, growing as a leader, or striving for personal fulfillment, coaching provides a focused, supportive space to accelerate your progress and achieve lasting results.
